The following information was sent to us by Montgomery County Maryland Police:

 

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department – 5th District Investigative Section are requesting assistance from the public in locating a missing male from Montgomery Village.


Daniel Leon Stith, 49 years old, of the 10000 block of Stedwick Road in Montgomery Village, was last seen by family on October 12, 2011.  

Daniel Leon Stith is described as a black male, 5’ 08” tall, and weighing approximately 175 pounds.  He has short, black hair and brown eyes.  No clothing description is available.  The victim may be driving his blue, 2002, Ford Explorer with Maryland registration, “2AL9497.”

        Police and family are concerned because Stith usually keeps in touch with his family.  At this time, detectives have no indication that foul play is involved in Stith’s disappearance.
